In addition prior to actually printing your personalised mug, we will send you a mock up back for your approval. Once approved, we will print you personalised gift. You can use photographs, clip art, company logos, football teams, and have any words you would like. Our in house design team will make every effort to ensure your personalised mug looks the best it can. As with all our personalised gifts we do not want any to look like a photo has just been stuck on to the gift so we go the extra mile to make your photos and words look more like a work of art! Example One: The first photo we receive for a mug is of three dogs, whilst it is a gorgeous photo, it’s slightly on the slant and the background takes the eye away from the dogs and as the photo is portrait it would look better on a mug if it was landscape. So we set about making up a few mock ups for the personalised mug.

Mock 1: We take away the distracting background, place a light grey background instead and then add a frame to the finished photo leaving a space in the middle of the mug wrap for any personalised words. Mock 2: We go for a landscape image of the dogs, take the background out and add black and white images above the colour ones, and again add a frame to the overall finished photo. Mock 3: We take the background out, add the light grey background and just use the dogs heads and to finish again we add a frame.

This is the reason why we don’t have the all singing and dancing website where you upload your photo and design it online. We do like to go the extra mile for your personalised gift.

Example Two: The second photo we receive for a mug is of three mates, whilst it is a good photo, again the background takes the eye away from the three men So we set about making up a few mock ups for the personalised mug.

We take out the background and rather than have a plain background we use a photo of a holiday setting. We add a frame to the photo with artistic edges so it doesn’t just look like we have stuck a photo on a mug, see below left.
