Going the Extra Mile in Personalised Gifts

Below we will show you how we can not only enhance photographs to look there best but also how we can manipulate the images to get the best design for a personalised iphone, personalised mug, personalised t shirt etc.

To set our self the challenge we thought what better way of showing how we can get the best out of an image by using a photograph of what many believe is the most beautiful woman in the world, Angelina Jolie!! So we downloaded a photo of Angelina off the web, we also knew that any photos of Ms Jolie would already be at there very best, so, could we make the most beautiful woman in the world any better? Ok not a great difference, but you must admit we had a challenge to make her look better than she already does! But some some slight tweaks around the eyes and the hair, lips and skin, we feel we have made the photo a lot better.

The Eyes

We changed the skin tones slightly, tidied up the eyebrows and sharpened  bringing more attention to her eyes.

We then lightened both the pupils and the whites of the eyes

We changed the lip tone just slightly by darkening them

Once we tweaked the photograph it was then time to play around with a few settings to see what images could be achieved for that personalised gift

Once we had a few mock ups we then set about seeing how we can manipulate the images further to get the best out of them on any of our personalised gifts. When personalising t shirts we hate to see what looks like an image just stuck onto a shirt, so we go about producing a frame that gives the image a jagged edge to blend in better with the personalised shirt personalised mug etc.

Since the photograph of Angelina was in portrait this would make it hard to produce a personalised iphone 4 cover, so once again we set about making changes.
